WE HAVE LIMITED AVAILABILITY FOR WINTER SITES, PLEASE INQUIRE.
 

If you are interested in staying at Fort Steele Resort & RV Park, feel free to make a reservation. We're open all year long!

Please use the Campsite Reservation Form below to reserve an RV or tent site, as well as our cabin. You can submit your credit card information at the bottom of the form or you can call us during regular business hours, after submitting your reservation, to give us your payment information.*

If you need a storage site or would like to rent the pavilion, then please contact us to ask about availability using our contact page.

*Please note that in order to guarantee a reservation we must have your credit card information on file. As long as we do not have your payment details, your reservation will be marked as pending and may be forfeited to other paying guests on a first come first serve basis. (During the high season we do get booked solid!)

When booking 50 amp sites, due to limited availability, you may be downgraded to 30 amp. If you do not want 30 amp and would prefer to forfeit available sites, let us know at time of booking (no refunds once payment is processed).

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

We require a credit card on file upon check-in for security reasons.

If unable/unwilling to leave a credit card on file, a cash security deposit will be required at check-in.

July 1st (Canada Day) and August (first Monday) Long Weekends:  All 1-night RV reservations will be booked in overflow (no hook-up) with the option of upgrading to full hook-up at check-in, based on availability. 2-night+ RV reservations can be booked in any type of site, based on availability, and will be charged for 2 nights at time of booking (non-refundable).

All 1-night tent reservations may have to be moved to tenting overflow (no picnic table, smaller area) if we run out of sites. Priority is given to 2-night+ reservations on long weekends.

RV and Tenting - For all reservations: 1st nights are pre-pay, non-refundable and non-transferable (2-night pre-pay on long weekends for full hook-up sites).

We require 7 days' notice of any cancellation or date changes.

For reservations of 3 or more sites, we require 6 weeks notice of any cancellation/date changes or there will be a charge of one extra night per site (plus tax).

Reservations for 50 amp sites will be downgraded to 30 amp if lack of availability requires it. If you do not want to be downgraded to 30 amp and prefer to cancel/forfeit available sites, it is your responsibility to let us know at the time of booking (no refunds once payment is processed).

RV Monthly Stays (Off-Season) -For all monthly reservations we require:

-$500 pre-pay at time of booking, non-refundable and non-transferable (Applied to first month at check-in)

-$200 cash damage/hydro deposit at check-in

-Valid Credit Card on file​

-Photocopy of current photo ID at check-in

-Monthly form filled out and signed at check-in

Tent monthly stays require a $200 cash damage deposit.

​

Rental Trailer - All rental trailer reservations are pre-pay in full and and non-refundable/transferable.

Off season reservations can be re-scheduled to another night within the same calendar year if desired (except long weekends and peak season), but we require 1 month's notice of any changes.

All rental trailer rentals for the peak season must be for a min. of 2 nights and be paid in full at time of booking.

Cabin - All cabin reservations are pre-pay in full and and non-refundable/transferable.

Off season reservations can be re-scheduled to another night within the same calendar year if desired (except long weekends and peak season), but we require 1 month's notice of any changes.

Peak season for the cabin is from the May long weekend to the September long weekend.

All cabin rentals for the peak season must be for a min. of 2 nights and be paid in full at time of booking.

We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee if the cabin is left with extensive soiling and/or damage and/or is left in a condition that is deemed worst than when it was rented (beyond the scope of the regular cleaning necessary due to normal everyday usage).

​

All cabin monthly stays require a half-month cash damage deposit or a full month cash damage deposit if staying with pets.
